Great Gantt is an online tool for planning projects with Gantt schedules. By creating an account or using the site (greatgantt.com), you agree to these terms.
Written in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask.
1. Account
Access is through a Google account. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for keeping access to it secure.
We may suspend or close accounts used for abuse, fraud, malicious content or violations of these terms.
2. Plans and payment
The Free plan allows 1 active project with the essential features. The Pro plan unlocks unlimited projects and team sharing, as a monthly or yearly subscription.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. Prices are shown on the pricing page in Brazilian reais (BRL). Amounts in other currencies are for reference only.
You can cancel anytime in the payment portal. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and there is no pro-rated refund, except where required by law.
3. Your content
The schedules, tasks, comments and other data you create are yours. You grant us the license needed to store them, show them to the people you share with, and process them to provide the service — computing dates, generating exports and, when you ask, sending the project description to the AI service.
If you share a schedule through a public link, anyone with the link can view it. You can disable the link at any time.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal activities, to violate third-party rights, to send malicious content, or to overload the infrastructure in an automated way.
5. Availability and changes
We do our best to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
We may change features, plans and these terms. Relevant changes will be announced on the site or by e-mail.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, data loss or indirect damages arising from the use of the service. Export your schedules regularly.
7. Termination
You can delete your projects at any time and request deletion of your account through the contact below. We may close accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice whenever possible.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
